技术创新是当前低碳经济发展的内在驱动力，而现行税制已成为制约企业技术创新的瓶颈，本文从“低碳经济”的内涵入手，分析了低碳经济与技术创新的内在联系，总结了现行税制对低碳技术创新的制约因素，提出低碳经济下进行技术创新所需采用的税制激励措施。
