邓广铭先生是我国著名的历史学家,北京大学历史系教授。笔者在大学读书期间,就对邓先生的为人与学识崇敬有加,只恨无缘忝列门墙。大学毕业后留在北大工作,有幸经常聆听邓先生的教诲,受益良多。我一直有个心愿,就是想把邓先生的学术道路,他所经历的学界风云,形诸文字,给我们的学术史留下一份资料。但邓先生对为他写回忆录或传记文章的采访者,一概“六亲不认”,视之为“不受欢迎的人”,因此不敢贸然打扰。最近,高校古籍委员会主办的《中国典籍与文化》杂志,设置
