基于烧结矿SEM图像的特点,利用程序,采用周长-面积法,计算了烧结矿二维显微结构中晶界的分形维数,同时测定微型烧结得到的烧结饼的冶金性能,建立了晶界分形维数与其冶金性能的关系,并结合扫描电镜等实验手段对其数值及相关关系进行了合理解释。研究表明低硅烧结矿晶界具有分形特征,可以用分形维数定量地描述材料的显微结构。随着烧结矿二维显微结构的分形维数增大,材料的抗压强度也随之增大,材料显微结构的分形维数和材料的抗压强度之间存在着很强的相关性。
Based on the characteristics of sinter SEM image, the fractal dimension of the grain boundary in the two-dimensional microstructure of sinter was calculated by the program and the perimeter-area method. The metallurgical properties of the sinter cake obtained by micro-sintering were also determined. Boundary fractal dimension and its metallurgical properties, and combined with experimental methods such as scanning electron microscopy and its correlation between the values of a reasonable explanation. The results show that the grain boundaries of low-silicon sinter have fractal characteristics, and the fractal dimension can be used to quantitatively describe the microstructure of the material. With the increase of the fractal dimension of the two-dimensional microstructure of sinter, the compressive strength of the material also increases, and there is a strong correlation between the fractal dimension of the material microstructure and the compressive strength of the material .
