培养优良校风,是学校管理的重要内容,是精神文明建设的一项重要任务。 校风,指的是学校的风气。学校管理人员,要用极大的努力,培养好校风,摒弃坏校风。因为学校风气的好坏,对青少年学生的成长,有着极其重大的影响。风气好,教育任务便能顺利完成,青少年的聪明才智和兴趣爱好,便有可能互相影响,取长补短;风气不好,歪风邪气上升,好学生也可能变坏。所谓“近朱者赤,近墨者黑”,对世界观尚未形成的青少年学生来说,确是如此。所以家长送子弟上学,首先打听这个学校风气好不好,最怕自己的孩子到风气不好的学校去。
