立足天人相应的整体观,认为人生于天地气交之中,与天地间以升降出入为基本形式的气化运动相呼应,病证的核心是机体气化失常,要点包括:气、血、津液等是气化的物质基础;气化失常的部位是病位所在;升降出入是气化运动的基本形式;气化过程中,伴随气、血、津液等基础物质转化。文章从上述几方面探讨了《伤寒论》六经辨证规律。
Based on the corresponding holistic view of heaven and earth, we believe that life is in harmony with heaven and earth and echoes with the vaporization movement between heaven and earth in the basic form. The core of disease syndrome is the body’s gasification disorders. The main points include: gas, blood, Fluid and so on are the material basis of gasification; the site of gasification disorders is where the disease is located; the movements of gas are the basic forms of gasification movement; and the gasification, blood, body fluids and other basic substances are transformed. The article explores the syndrome differentiation of the Six Sutra in Treatise on Febrile Diseases from the above aspects.
