通过对国外促进科技成果产业化的主要措施与我国企业博士后工作站功能的比较分析,可以看出企业博士后制度为科技成果产业化开辟了一条新路。但企业博士后制度在我国建立得晚,还需要在探索中前进。随着它的不断完善,企业博士后制度会在科技成果产业化方面显示出它的独特魅力。
Through the comparison between the main measures for promoting the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements abroad and the post-doctoral workstation functions of Chinese enterprises, it can be seen that the post-doctoral system of enterprises has opened up a new road for the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. However, the establishment of a postdoctoral system in enterprises in our country is too late. It also needs to advance in exploration. With its continuous improvement, the postdoctoral system of enterprises will show its unique charm in the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
