国家利益是国家关系研究的核心部分,正是国家利益促使国家参与国际活动,国际法的制定与国家关系密不可分,尤其是国家利益,国家在参与国际社会活动中,总会把国家利益考虑在内,国家以其国家利益参与制定国际规范,国际规范同时也维护和约束国家利益,两者是互动的关系。
National interests are the core part of the study of state relations. It is the national interests that promote the state’s participation in international activities.
