巨噬细胞M1的相关研究

巨噬细胞有各种各样的生长因子受体,如辅助性T(Th)细胞细胞因子受体、B细胞受体和微生物受体等。在病原菌入侵人体组织时,巨噬细胞会受到这些生长因子受体的刺激从而活化、成熟并获得特定功能的表型。根据淋巴系统的相关功能,可以将巨噬细胞分为两种:经典型巨噬细胞和选择性活化巨噬细胞,分别叫作M1和M2。本文就M1型巨噬细胞的刺激、活化及其活化后的相关功能和免疫配体模型作出了阶段性的阐述,并评价其相关细胞因子和病理性信号对巨噬细胞功能性表型的影响。 Macrophages have a variety of growth factor receptors, such as helper T (Th) cell cytokine receptors, B cell receptors and microbial receptors. When pathogenic bacteria invade human tissues, macrophages are stimulated by these growth factor receptors to activate, mature, and acquire a phenotype of specific functions. According to the lymphatic system-related functions, macrophages can be divided into two types: classic macrophages and selectively activated macrophages, respectively, called M1 and M2. In this paper, the type I macrophages stimulation, activation and activation of related functions and immune ligand model made a phased presentation, and evaluate the relevant cytokines and pathological signals on the functional phenotype of macrophages .
