20世纪 90年代以来 ,石油工业一直依靠砾石充填和压裂充填防砂完井技术来提高松软岩层的油井产能。但是 ,由于完井井段的日益加长 ,井况越来越复杂 ,尤其是在对渗透率有变化的井段完井时 ,传统的防砂技术难以担当此任。一种新型筛管组合工具应运而生。该筛管组合上的砂浆流道可变换 ,既易于级装 ,又可实现低成本操作。三个应用实例井证明 ,该同心环形充填筛管组合可成功地将砂浆输送到以前不曾充填的完井井段并可使多层复杂井段一次性实现压裂充填作业
Since the 1990s, the oil industry has relied on gravel packing and fracturing-filled sand control and completion technologies to increase well productivity in soft rock formations. However, due to the increasing well completion interval, the well conditions are becoming more and more complicated, and the traditional sand control technology can not fulfill this task especially during well completion with varying permeability. A new type of screen assembly tool came into being. Mortar flowpaths on this screen pack can be changed to both easy-to-install and low-cost operation. Three application example wells demonstrate that the concentric annular filling screen assembly can successfully deliver the mortar to the completion section that has not previously been filled and can make the fracturing operation a one time operation in multiple layers of complex sections
