创业教育是实现“双创”中国的关键,然而学者们关于创业教育与大学生创业关系的研究结论还存在争议。以253位大学生创业者为研究对象,从动态研究视角出发,采用层级回归模型,研究创业教育对创业机会开发及新企业成长之间的关系,并引入创业导向作为中介变量,检验创业教育的效果,并挖掘创业教育对大学生创业的影响机制。结果显示:(1)创业教育促进创业者创业导向的形成,进而有利于机会开发和企业成长;(2)创业教育分别调节创业导向与机会开发及企业成长之间的关系,其中,创业理论教育负向调节创业导向与机会开发之间的关系,正向调节创业导向与企业成长的关系,而创业实践教育分别正向调节创业导向与机会开发及企业成长之间的关系。
Entrepreneurship education is the key to realizing “double creation” in China. However, scholars’ conclusions about the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship are still controversial. Based on the dynamic research perspective, 253 entrepreneurship entrepreneurs are employed to study the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial opportunity development and new business growth. The introduction of entrepreneurial orientation as an intermediary variable tests the effect of entrepreneurial education , And excavate the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial education on college students’ entrepreneurship. The results show that: (1) Entrepreneurship education promotes the formation of entrepreneurial orientation, which is conducive to the development of opportunities and business growth; (2) Entrepreneurship education respectively adjust the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and opportunity development and enterprise growth. Entrepreneurship Education Negative adjustment of the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and opportunity development positively adjusts the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm growth, whereas entrepreneurial practice education positively regulates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and opportunity development and firm growth respectively.
