风动凿岩机是井下采掘工作应用最普遍、噪声最高的一种设备,其噪声响度大、频率宽,刺耳难听,一般都介于110~130分贝(A)之间。在这样强烈的噪声环境中长期工作,若无防护措施,就可能产生职业性耳聋。风动凿岩机工作时,产生三种类型的噪声:空气动力性噪声、冲击噪声和机械噪声,同时也包括这三者之间的相互交叉与综合作用。
Pneumatic rock drills are the most common and most noise-intensive equipment used in downhole excavation work. Their noise loudness, wide frequency and harsh sound are generally between 110 and 130 dB (A). Long-term work in such a strong noise environment, without protective measures, may produce occupational deafness. Three types of noise are generated when working on a rock-driven rock drill: aerodynamic noise, impact noise and mechanical noise, as well as the interaction and integration between the three.
