目的研究重组日本血吸虫中国大陆株磷酸丙糖异构酶(SjC-TPI)分子抗血吸虫感染的保护性作用。方法用IPTG诱导表达,制备纯化的重组TPI蛋白,将重组TPI抗原免疫C57BL/6及昆明鼠,8周后用血吸虫尾蚴攻击感染,45d后剖杀,计数减虫率及减卵率。结果C57BL/6获得27.78%的减虫率;昆明鼠获得21.39%的减虫率,54.00%的减卵率。结论重组SjC-TPI对血吸虫感染具有一定的保护作用,可能为日本血吸虫病疫苗候选分子之一。
Objective To study the protective effect of SjC-TPI against Schistosoma japonicum infection in Chinese mainland Schistosoma japonicum. Methods The recombinant TPI protein was induced by IPTG. The recombinant TPI antigen was used to immunize C57BL / 6 and Kunming mice. After 8 weeks, the infected TPs were challenged with cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum. After 45 days, the mice were killed and the worm reduction rate and the rate of egg reduction were counted. Results C57BL / 6 obtained a worm reduction rate of 27.78%. Kunming mice gained worm reduction rate of 21.39% and egg reduction rate of 54.00%. Conclusion Recombinant SjC-TPI can protect Schistosoma japonicum from infection, which may be one of the vaccine candidates for Schistosoma japonicum.
