针对我国中浅层细粉砂岩油藏开采过程中严重出砂的问题 ,研制出一种新型改性呋喃树脂固砂剂 ,并在青海油田中浅层细粉砂岩油藏水井防砂应用成功。该化学体系施工简便 ,固结强度高 ,有效期长 ,对渗透率损害小。三口注水井固砂效果表明 ,该固砂剂及配套防砂工艺非常适合青海油田中浅层细粉砂防砂 ,解决了该油田长期以来未攻克的难题 ,取得巨大的经济效益 Aiming at the problem of serious sand production in the middle and shallow fine sandstone reservoirs in our country, a new type of modified furan resin sand stabilizer was developed. The sand control in shallow and fine siltstone reservoir in Qinghai Oilfield was successfully applied. The chemical system has the advantages of simple construction, high consolidation strength, long effective period and small damage to permeability. The effect of sand fixation in three injection wells shows that the sand-fixing agent and sand control technology are very suitable for sand control of medium and fine silt sand in Qinghai Oilfield, which has solved the problem that the oil field has not overcome for a long time and has obtained huge economic benefits
