兰政办发[2014]199号2014年8月13日各县、区人民政府,市政府有关部门,各有关单位,兰州新区、高新区、经济区管委会:《兰州市火灾事故应急预案》已经市政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真组织实施。兰州市火灾事故应急预案1总则1.1编制目的规范全市重、特大火灾事故紧急处置工作,进一步增强防灾减灾综合管理能力,有效预防和迅速扑救火灾,最大限度地减少人员伤亡和财产损失。1.2编制依据《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》、《中华人民共和国消防法》、《公安消防部队执勤战斗条令》、《甘肃省消防条例》和《兰州市突发公共事件总体应急预案》等有关法律、法规。
