我国科学家近日宣布,他们运用基因工程新技术,成功地大幅度提高了油菜的含油量,并培育出了世界上含油量最高的油菜品种。 以浙江省农业科学院原子能所的陈锦清研究员为首的研究小组经过多年研究,首创了一种油菜含油量调控技术。这种技术采用反义PEP技术途径,有效地调控了光合产物的分配,提高了种子的含油量。此外,通过这种具有自主知识产权的技术,研究小组还获得了“超油1号”和“超油2号”两个油菜新品系。这两个品系的含油量均比受体品种提高25%
Chinese scientists recently announced that they have succeeded in significantly increasing the oil content of rapeseed by using new genetic engineering techniques and have cultivated the rapeseed varieties with the highest oil content in the world. After years of research, a research team headed by researcher Chen Jinqing of Atomic Energy Institute of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences pioneered a regulation technique of oil content in rapeseed. This technique uses the antisense PEP technology to effectively control the distribution of photosynthetic products and increase the oil content of the seeds. In addition, through this technology with independent intellectual property rights, the research team also obtained two new rapeseed lines, “Super Oil No.1” and “Super Oil No.2”. The oil content of these two lines were increased by 25%
