各种步行器自80年代初问世以后,虽然已有很大发展,但对其能量消耗的研究却很少。目前流行的步行器有二种,一种是活动平板;另一种是二级梯。活动平板的步频与步幅一般可以随意,而二级梯的步频和步幅则是固定的。本实验采用能计算身体垂直位移的4000PT软件的二级梯进行步频对能耗影响的观察。男、女各14名成年志愿者分别作2试,所有对象都经历过预试验,第1次测试为自然的步频和步幅,第2次按4000PT软件上节拍器规定的步频,每次作4种不同步频各5min的运动。根据公式METs=0.566+0.744(功率数字)推算出完成各功率时的能耗值。2次测试次序随机,间隔最少48h,最长1周。运动时不能用手扶栏杆。采用开放
