34 cases of children with bronchial asthma serum IgG subclass concentration, peripheral blood T cell subsets, T cell proliferation and other changes. The results showed that the mean serum IgG1, IgG3 and IgG4 levels in asthma group were significantly higher than those in control group. The positive rate of serum IgG subclass was 100%, of which the IgG4 level was the highest. The IgG subclass flaw detection rate was 44.11% The percentage of CD3 +, CD8 + cells and T cell proliferation in peripheral blood were significantly decreased and the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + cells increased. It is suggested that imbalances of IgG subclasses, which are characterized by IgG4 elevation and IgG2 deficiency, may be the main mechanism of imbalance of IgG subclasses in children with asthma.
