目的研究表皮生长因子(EGF)对家兔角膜内皮损伤的修复作用。方法将溶于透明质酸钠(NaHA)的EGF注入角膜内皮已损伤的兔眼前房,对照眼只注入NaHA。结果10μg和5μg的EGF均可使角膜内皮缺损面积显著缩小(P<0.05),并可使再生的角膜中央内皮细胞密度(ECD)、六边形细胞出现率显著上升(P<0.05)及细胞面积变异系数明显减小(P<0.05)。结论10μg和5μg的EGF均可促进家兔角膜内皮损伤的愈合及内皮细胞大小和形态的早期恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on the repair of corneal endothelium in rabbits. Methods EGF, which was dissolved in sodium hyaluronate (NaHA), was infused into the anterior chamber of rabbit eyes damaged corneal endothelium, and only NaHA was injected into the control eye. Results Both 10 μg and 5 μg EGF could significantly reduce the area of corneal endothelial defects (P <0.05), and significantly increase the regenerative corneal endothelial cell density (ECD) and hexagonal cells (P <0. 05) and cell area coefficient of variation was significantly reduced (P <0.05). Conclusion Both 10 μg and 5 μg EGF can promote the healing of corneal endothelial cells and the early recovery of endothelial cell size and morphology in rabbits.
