立体的心脏解剖学详细状态是复杂的,用最近发展的二维超声切面检查对于心脏结构的认别亦是困难的。作者等推荐的方法,在切面超声心动图检查中可以系统的检查山最大多数的心脏结构。可以在体表三个探测位置中任何一个皆可获得确切的图相,观察者应具有比较固定的X—Y图相平面概念,移动垂直于心脏的图相平面(Z轴),但是不是一般解剖学的矢面、冠状面或横面,可以使观察者在胸海中形成完整的结构图相,这种图解正如超声切面扫描检查定位一样,能迅即显示并识别心脏的结构。根据上述概念,本文作者等仍以胸骨旁心尖区剑突下三点作为採测的三个标准位
