我们进行了一系列的用静止和移动的水射流的破岩试验,以确定其射流压力对比能的影响。可以看出,静止射流的比能随压力增加而减少,而对于移动射流却有相反的趋势。试验涉及的压力范围为2068~11724巴之间。对于移动射流,用了10.1厘米/秒和40.4厘米/秒两种移动速度,所射击的岩石类型为石灰岩、砂岩和花岗岩。为决定重复切割时射流与槽壁间的相互作用,也进行了试验,结果表明:射流与槽壁间的相互作用对穿透能力和能量利用率产生很大的不利影响。
We conducted a series of rock breaking tests with static and moving water jets to determine the effect of jet pressure contrast energy. It can be seen that the static jet’s specific energy decreases with increasing pressure, while there is an opposite trend for moving jet. The pressure range of the test is between 2068 and 11724 bar. For moving jets, two moving speeds of 10.1 centimeters per second and 40.4 centimeters per second were used, and the types of rock fired were limestone, sandstone and granite. Experiments have also been conducted to determine the interaction between the jet and the groove wall during repeated cutting. The results show that the interaction between the jet and the groove wall has a great adverse effect on penetration and energy utilization.
