基于利比希最小因子定律和谢尔福德耐受性定律,提出用于筛选生物生态敏感因子的生态敏感度指数表征体系,可分别用于表征生物对不同环境因子的敏感度、不同生物对同一环境因子的敏感度及多因子协同作用下生物环境敏感度,从而通过确定海水养殖滩涂生态系中仅对目标性危害生物相对敏感的环境因子,来探究有效抑制该目标性危害生物的途径与措施。根据2001年4月至2002年9月间开展的浙江北部沿海养殖滩涂婆罗囊螺与主要经济种类泥螺、彩虹明樱蛤间生态耐受特性研究所获资料,运用所提出的生物生态敏感度指数表征体系,进行婆罗囊螺生态敏感因子及其敏感度指数的定量分析研究,确定了仅抑制浙江北部沿海婆罗囊螺繁殖期生态敏感因子及其有效作用阈值为pH9.5 ̄10.0,并在浙江岱山县仇江门养殖滩涂开展野外区域试验,验证了该方法的可靠性。

According to the data obtained from the study on the ecological tolerance characteristics of Bullaba and Rainbow Clarke’s clams from the coastal breeding beaches in northern Zhejiang from April 2001 to September 2002 and using the proposed bio-ecological sensitivity Index characterization system to carry out quantitative analysis of the eco-sensitive factor and its sensitivity index of Borneolus molluscum, and determined that the ecological sensitive factor that inhibits only the breeding of Borrel’s snail along the northern coast of Zhejiang and its effective action threshold is pH9.5 ~ 10.0, Qiu Jiangmen Aquaculture Tidal Flat in Daishan County, Zhejiang Province carried out field experiments to verify the reliability of the method.
