传统支架式LED封装工序中有两种插入模条的方式:自有生产线手工插入和外加工生产线机器自动插入。根据这两种插入模条方式的插入深度数据分别绘制控制图,比较分析了两种生产线的LED插入深度稳定性,为生产线的进一步改进提供数据参考。摘要:
There are two ways to insert the mold strips in the traditional bracket LED packaging process: manual insertion of the own production line and automatic insertion of the production line of the external processing machine. According to these two insertion depth data, the control charts were drawn respectively, and the LED insertion depth stability of the two production lines was comparatively analyzed to provide data reference for the further improvement of the production line.
