寻找在室温下有良好载氧性能的人工合成的载氧体,模拟血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)分子在载氧过程中各个亚基间的协同作用,是生物化学研究领域的一个重要课题.前人曾报道,一些双核钴(Ⅱ)卟啉在有机溶液中,低于0℃的条件下与O_2的结合有一定的协同作用,Hill系数n约为1.0~1.5.关于双核钴卟啉的吸氧动力学迄今未见报道.我们曾报道了一种双核钴(Ⅱ)卟啉的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液在室温下的吸氧热力学.本文报道这种配合物的DMF溶液在室温下的可逆吸氧动力学.
