提出一种电梯永磁同步曳引机转子初始位置检测方法。该方法在算法上改进了传统的脉动高频电压信号注入法,可以更快速、准确地检测出转子初始d轴位置。当向定子绕组中注入脉动高频电压信号,由于定子电感随转子位置θ变化,因此可以从高频电流响应信号中提取转子位置θ信息,结合磁场饱和引起的电感变化判断磁极极性。这种方法不需要精确的电机参数和额外检测硬件。实验结果验证了这种方法有效可行,尤其是能够解决低速甚至零速下的转子位置检测。
A new method of rotor initial position detection for elevator permanent magnet synchronous tractor is proposed. This method improves the traditional pulsed high-frequency voltage signal injection method, which can detect the rotor’s initial d-axis position more quickly and accurately. When the pulsating high-frequency voltage signal is injected into the stator winding, the rotor position θ information can be extracted from the high-frequency current response signal due to the variation of the stator inductance with the rotor position θ, and the polarity of the magnetic pole can be judged by the change of the inductance caused by the saturation of the magnetic field. This method does not require accurate motor parameters and additional detection hardware. The experimental results show that this method is effective and feasible, especially for the rotor position detection at low or even zero speed.
