对15根配置HRB500级钢筋的混凝土梁进行裂缝宽度试验,研究试验梁中裂缝特性,分析GB50010—2002《混凝土结构设计规范》的裂缝宽度计算方法。分析结果表明:对于配置HRB500级钢筋的混凝土梁,钢筋应变εsm-εs平行性关系仍然成立;截面内力臂系数取0.87,与试验结果符合良好;裂缝间距及裂缝宽度试验值较规范公式计算值小,调整钢筋粘结特征系数为1.2,可提高规范公式计算精度;规范的裂缝计算模式能够反映实际裂缝规律,但最大裂缝宽度计算结果偏于保守。
Fifteen concrete beams with HRB500 steel bars were tested for crack width, the crack characteristics in the test beams were studied, and the calculation method of crack width in GB50010-2002 Code for Design of Concrete Structures was analyzed. The results show that the relationship between the parallel strain of steel strain εsm-εs is still valid for the concrete beams with HRB500 reinforcement. The internal force arm coefficient of the cross section is 0.87, which is in good agreement with the experimental results. The experimental values of crack spacing and crack width are smaller than those of the standard formula , Adjusting the coefficient of reinforcement bond coefficient of 1.2, can improve the accuracy of the standard formula calculation; standard crack calculation mode to reflect the actual crack law, but the maximum crack width calculation results are conservative.
