应用免疫组织化学法动态追踪了大鼠创伤组织修复过程中的血管再生与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达状态。结果显示,创伤组织中仅少部分内皮细胞呈bFGF阳性,而密集的成纤维细胞以及巨噬细胞均呈bFGF阳性。提示局部高浓度的bFGF可能是刺激内皮细胞增殖并导致血管再生的重要因素。
Immunohistochemical method was used to dynamically track the expression of bFGF and vascular regeneration in the process of wound healing in rats. The results showed that only a few of the endothelial cells in the wound tissue were bFGF-positive while the dense fibroblasts and macrophages were bFGF-positive. Prompted local high concentrations of bFGF may be stimulated endothelial cell proliferation and lead to an important factor in vascular regeneration.
