在小波变换的基础上对运动图像的数据压缩编码过程进行了研究。建立了基于小波变换的运动图像编码系统模型，实现了数据的高效压缩并得到了良好的恢复图像。
On the basis of wavelet transform, the data compression coding of moving images is studied. A moving image coding system model based on wavelet transform is established, which achieves efficient data compression and obtains a good restored image.
