人力资源管理一直以来都没有得到企业的重视,其管理制度和管理人才的建设都比较落后,人力资源管理部门的职责也就越小,没有实现真正的管理效用。近年来,随着经济技术水平的提高,人才战略已经是每个企业竞争的核心力量,只有加强人才管理的战略,才能够实现经济效益的最大化,实现竞争力量的提升。文章对目前人力资源管理现状进行分析,对于其创新管理的路径进行了探讨,希望能够给予相关工作者以帮助。
Human resource management has never been valued by enterprises, its management system and management personnel are relatively backward, the responsibility of human resources management department is also smaller, did not achieve real management effectiveness.
