目的 :对大扶康眼膏的制备和质量控制方法进行研究 ,并观察其临床疗效。方法 :以一阶导数光谱法测定大扶康眼膏中大扶康的含量 ,并对 5 3例真菌性角膜溃疡患者进行临床观察。结果 :可以消除眼膏中其他物质对测定的干扰 ,平均回收率为 99.0 1% ,RSD为 0 .6 4% (n =4) ,临床总有效率为 77.4%。结论 :该制剂的制备工艺简便 ,检测方法快捷 ,结果准确 ,有临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation and quality control of Dayfu Kang Eye Ointment and to observe its clinical efficacy. Methods: The content of DaKeKang in DaFuKang Eye Ointment was determined by the first order derivative spectroscopy, and 53 cases of fungal corneal ulcer were observed. Results: The interference of other substances in eye ointment could be eliminated. The average recovery was 99.0 1%, RSD was 0.664% (n = 4), and the total clinical effective rate was 77.4%. Conclusion: The preparation process is simple, rapid detection method, accurate results, clinical application value.
