在进行缸体结构分析时,阐明由气缸压力引起缸体变形的机理是非常重要的。通过有限元法分析缸体静态刚度,了解到曲轴的刚性对机体裙部的变形有很大的影响。另外,通过对曲轴及横隔板变形的研究,明确了曲轴非模型化时进行缸体分析的载荷条件及其应考虑的各项指标。通过对这些指标的分析,进一步研究了横隔板结构对缸体变形的影响。
In the analysis of cylinder structure, it is important to clarify the mechanism of cylinder deformation caused by cylinder pressure. Finite element analysis of the static stiffness of the cylinder, learned that the rigidity of the crankshaft deformation of the skirt has a great impact. In addition, through the study of deformation of crankshaft and diaphragm, it is clear that the condition of load analysis when the crankshaft is not modeled and the parameters that should be considered. Through the analysis of these indicators, further study of the impact of the diaphragm structure on the deformation of the cylinder.
