通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了锌-钇抗菌白炭黑,并通过单因素实验分别探究了Zn2+浓度、钇离子浓度及反应时间对锌-钇抗菌白炭黑粒径大小的影响,从而得出此种抗菌材料最佳粒径的制备条件。运用激光粒度分析仪、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对产品进行表征;抗菌性能的研究采用涂布平板法,菌种采用大肠杆菌。结果表明:当Zn2+浓度为0.01mol/L、钇离子浓度为0.005mol/L、反应时间为1.5h时,产品分散性较好,粒径小且均一,并且锌-钇抗菌白炭黑对大肠杆菌具有较好的抑菌效果,杀菌率可达到90%以上。FT-IR分析表明添加抗菌离子后,并没有改变载体白炭黑的结构;XRD分析发现锌-钇抗菌白炭黑产品为无定形态。
The zinc-yttrium antibacterial silica was prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of Zn2 + concentration, yttrium ion concentration and reaction time on the particle size of zinc-yttrium antibacterial silica were investigated by single factor experiments. The best antibacterial material particle size preparation conditions. The products were characterized by laser particle size analyzer, FT-IR and XRD. The antibacterial properties were studied by coating plate method and using Escherichia coli. The results showed that when the concentration of Zn2 + was 0.01mol / L, the concentration of yttrium ion was 0.005mol / L and the reaction time was 1.5h, the dispersibility was good and the particle size was small and uniform. Bacillus has better antibacterial effect, sterilization rate can reach 90%. FT-IR analysis showed that the structure of carrier silica did not change after adding antimicrobial ions. XRD analysis showed that zinc-yttrium antibacterial silica was amorphous.
