采用凝胶过滤色谱法测定了不同水解条件下 ,碱法制备胶原水解产物的分子量及分子量分布。试验结果表明 :采用凝胶过滤法测定碱法制备脱铬革屑胶原水解产物的分子量是可行的。随着 Ca O用量的增加 ,反应温度的升高以及反应时间的延长 ,胶原水解物的分子量呈下降趋势。通过控制碱法的不同水解条件 ,可获得分子量在一定范围内的胶原蛋白水解物 ,以适合不同的用途。
Gel filtration chromatography was used to determine the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of collagen hydrolyzate prepared by alkaline hydrolysis under different hydrolysis conditions. The experimental results show that it is feasible to determine the molecular weight of hydrolyzate of chromic leather by gel filtration method. With the increase of CaO dosage, the increase of reaction temperature and the prolongation of reaction time, the molecular weight of collagen hydrolyzate decreased. By controlling the different hydrolysis conditions of the alkali method, collagen hydrolyzate having a molecular weight within a certain range can be obtained to suit different purposes.
