编辑同志:我曾是一名国企职工,2016年8月,被企业除名。我对企业的除名决定不服,便向企业和工会提起申诉。企业于9月28日给我一张书面通知,维持对我的除名决定。无奈之下,我于11月20日向当地的劳动部门申请了劳动仲裁。劳动仲裁委员会受理我的申请后,认为我的情况超过了仲裁时效。我曾向原企业申诉过,这种情况能否导致劳动仲裁期间中断?读者:金飞
