班组是石化企业里的单元组成部分,班组建设水平的高低直接影响着企业的生产经营管理水平,班组长是企业各项工作的具体实践者,如何发挥其核心作用,增强其教育培训的针对性,以全面提升班组长的综合素质,进而打造一支高素质的班组长队伍,是石化企业实现“安全环保无事故,经济效益最大化”目标的重要保证。本文分析了现实工作中班组长培训工作的重要性以及当前存在的不足之处,并依据从事基层班组工作的经验,提出了通过牢固树立精细化管理的理念,创新班组长培训工作的内容和方式,提升班组长综合素质的有效培训方式和途径。
