盐浴炉由插入式改为埋入式后,存在电极结构复杂,锻造和焊接工作量大,电极寿命与坩埚寿命不匹配,有时因电极损坏也要将坩埚废弃,造成浪费。因此,设法提高电极的寿命,便成为急待解决的问题。为了解决电极寿命的问题,必须选用一种新材料代替低碳钢做电极。我们认为石墨具有:耐高温性能好;抗急冷急热性能好;导电性好;化学稳定
Salt bath furnace from plug-in to embedded, the existence of complex electrode structure, forging and welding workload, electrode life and crucible life does not match, and sometimes due to electrode damage but also the crucible discarded, resulting in waste. Therefore, trying to improve the life of the electrode, it has become an urgent problem to be solved. In order to solve the problem of electrode life, we must choose a new material instead of low carbon steel electrode. We believe that graphite has: good high temperature performance; good anti-quenching and thermal performance; good conductivity; chemical stability
