目的研究地锦草提取物对真菌细胞膜中麦角甾醇生物合成的影响。方法真菌经不同浓度地锦草提取物作用孵育7d后,经过皂化、提取,采用高效液相色谱法考察其麦角甾醇的含量变化。结果地锦草提取物能使真菌中的麦角甾醇含量下降(P<0.01),麦角甾醇含量变化有明显的剂量依赖性。结论地锦草提取物通过抑制真菌的麦角甾醇生物合成而发挥其高效抗真菌活性。
Objective To study the effects of extracts from Humulus lupulus on ergosterol biosynthesis in fungal cell membranes. Methods The fungus was incubated with different concentrations of Humulus herb extract for 7 days. After saponification and extraction, the content of ergosterol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the content of ergosterol in the fungus could be decreased (P<0.01), and the ergosterol content was changed in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Herba Euphorbiae extract exerts its highly effective antifungal activity by inhibiting ergosterol biosynthesis of fungi.
