成人音乐教育是与专业音乐教育和师范音乐教育截然不同的教育模式。本文通过研究马尔科姆·诺尔斯的自我导向学习理论,总结出其理论对我国成人音乐教育的几点启示。
Adult music education is a totally different education mode from professional music education and normal music education. By studying Malcolm Knowles’ s self-directed learning theory, this paper summarizes some of its implications for our country’s adult music education.
