企业若想在市场中长期生存发展,应当具备足够的市场竞争能力。所谓的市场竞争力,就是企业采取一定方式与同类企业展开竞争,扩大或维持其市场份额的能力。衡量企业的市场竞争力大小时并无统一标准,应当在多方面综合评估。本文介绍了企业市场竞争力的含义及各相关要素内容,并提出了在不同市场角色时提升企业市场竞争力的策略。
Enterprises in the market in the long-term survival and development, should have sufficient market competitiveness. The so-called market competitiveness, is the ability of enterprises to take some measures to compete with similar enterprises to expand or maintain their market share. There is no uniform standard for measuring the size of an enterprise’s market competitiveness, and it should be comprehensively evaluated in various aspects. This paper introduces the meaning of the market competitiveness of enterprises and the content of each relevant factor, and puts forward the strategy of enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises in different market roles.
