高分辨率CT(HRCT)技术在眼耳鼻咽喉科应用的系列研究,属医学临床应用基础研究,适用于眼科、耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科、影像诊断科及相关临床科室。1990～2002年采用HRCT技术对2754例眼眶、鼻窦及颞骨的影像解剖、变异、不同病变影像诊断的临床应用进行了系列研究。1.眼部外伤1028例:423例眼眶骨折的CT研究、73例眼眶爆裂骨折的CT诊断、132例眼眶外伤后失明原因的CT研究,85例视神经管骨折的CT诊断、155例外壁骨折的CT分析、40例儿童眼眶骨折CT分析、120例眼眶直接倾斜矢 A series of high-resolution CT (HRCT) applications in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology are a series of basic clinical research applications in ophthalmology, otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, imaging diagnosis and related clinical departments.
