现代机械工业发展的总趋势是多品种、中小批生产,当前我国传统的多种品种、中小批生产企业的机械工车间已不能适应更新期愈来愈短的多品生产发展的需要。采用成组加工单元是改革当前我国机械加工车间,落实经济责任制的有效组织形式。它提高了生产率和设备利用率;缩短了生产周期和零件运输路线;减少了废品和刀、辅具的消耗;大大改善了车间管理。同时也为进一步实现多品种、中小批生产自动化提供了组织准备。本文在吸收若干工厂改革经验的基础上,根据自己在实践中的体会,提出了建立成组加工单元的具体方法。最后,对如何充分发挥其优越性提出了几个值得注意的问题和解决办法。
The general trend of the development of modern machinery industry is multi-species, small and medium batches of production, the current variety of traditional Chinese varieties, small and medium batches of manufacturers of mechanical workshop has been unable to meet the shortening of the more recent period of multi-product production and development needs. The use of group processing unit is to reform the current mechanical processing workshop in China, the implementation of economic responsibility system, an effective organizational form. It increases productivity and equipment utilization; shortens the production cycle and parts shipping routes; reduces waste and the consumption of knives and aids; and improves shop floor management. At the same time, it also provides organizational preparation for the further realization of multi-species and medium and small-batch production automation. Based on the experience of several factory reforms and based on my own experience in practice, this article puts forward the specific methods of establishing unitized processing units. Finally, several notable problems and solutions to how to give full play to their superiority are put forward.
