本文简要回顾了微生态学与微生物学诊断方法的研究现状,认为多聚酶链反应(PCR)等核酸扩增技术,以其灵敏、快速、简便和自动化等优点而成为今后发展方向,并已进入实用阶段。目前所面临的主要问题在于可能的污染和条件致病菌导致的两难诊断。根据对人工智能和信息谱分析(information profile analysis)在中医、微量元素、食品营养等领域的资料分析,认为应用微生态学观点和信息谱分析方法,可望解决上述难题。
This review briefly reviews the current state of the research in microecology and microbiology diagnostic methods. It is believed that the nucleic acid amplification technique such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR) has become the future direction of development due to its advantages of being sensitive, rapid, simple and automatic, and has been put into practical use stage. The main problem currently facing lies in the possible dilemma caused by contamination and opportunistic pathogens. According to the data analysis of artificial intelligence and information profile analysis in the fields of traditional Chinese medicine, trace elements and food nutrition, it is expected that the above problems will be solved by applying the micro-ecology viewpoint and information spectrum analysis method.
