目的:对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者实施营养干预,并探讨总结有效的孕妇营养干预模式。方法:回顾性分析我院于2012年11月~2013年10月收治的160例孕妇的病历资料,随机的分为对照组和观察组,对照组和观察组各80例,对照组患者不采取任何营养干预,观察组患者采取相关的营养干预,主要有膳食调查监测和健康教育处方等,观察分析两组患者各项指标情况,分别于第10周、第20周和第30周对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者的铁摄入量、细胞血溶比和血清铁蛋白进行评估。结果:对照组和观察组妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者的年龄,孕周、BMI以及血液学指标等进行比较,P>0.05,无统计学意义。实验组患者采取营养干预之后,妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者的各项指标明显优于对照组,两组间进行比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者采取营养干预效果尤为显著,有着一定的可行性,值得临床推广。
Objective: To carry out nutritional intervention in patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy, and to explore the effective nutritional intervention model for pregnant women. The experimental group of patients with nutritional intervention, the indicators of patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy were significantly better than the control group, compared between the two groups, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The nutritional intervention in patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy is particularly effective, which has a certain feasibility and is worthy of clinical promotion.
