本文报道了新的吐温类表面活性剂的化学发光现象;研究了AuCl_(4-)对该化学发光反应的影响条件,建立了吐温-4o-KOH-H_2O_2体系测定痕量金的新的化学发光分析法。方法的灵敏度很高(检测限达2×10~(-10)gAu/ml),线性范围从1×l0~(-9)~1×l0~(-5)gAu/ml;对5oppb Au测定的相对标准偏差为4.4%;试剂空白低,选择性高。采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料分离富集化探样品中痕量金,并用本法测定,得到满意的结果。
In this paper, we report the chemiluminescence of new Tween-type surfactants. The conditions for the chemiluminescence reaction of AuCl_ (4-) were studied. A new method for the determination of trace gold in Tween-4o-KOH-H_2O_2 system Chemiluminescence analysis. The sensitivity of the method was very high (the detection limit was 2 × 10 -10 gAu / ml) and the linear range was from 1 × 10 ~ (-9) ~ 1 × 10 ~ (-5) gAu / ml. The relative standard deviation of 4.4%; reagent blank low, high selectivity. Polyurethane foam was used to separate and enrich the trace gold in the geochemical exploration samples and the method was used to determine the trace gold. Satisfactory results were obtained.
