Traumatic retinal vascular disease (Purtscher) is a disease associated with traumatic head injury, the performance of specific fundus changes. Mostly eyes, monopoles are extremely rare. The authors report 1 patient with monocular. 44-year-old male, chest crush injury, head and lumbar contusion, poor left eye vision. Right vision 1.5, left 0.3. In addition to small arteriosclerosis in the left fundus, flocculent leukoplakia scattered in the range of about 4 PD near the optic nerve, in the shape and size, was located in the nerve fiber layer and no bleeding was found. Fundus fluorescein angiography arterial phase without abnormal capillary phase can be seen consistent with the size of white blood vessels in the occlusion area, the surrounding part of the telangiectasia, one to the peripheral venous vascular leakage; the late see the white spots have enhanced fluorescence. In addition to the right retinal arteriosclerosis, no abnormalities. Visual acuity recovered to 0.7 at 1 week after injury. Ocular white spots smaller than before, the realm of clear, near the optic nerve appeared linear and flaming small hemorrhage. Week 2 visual acuity of 0.9, retinal leukoplakia and bleeding
