本文尝试将西方发展经济学理论与方法运用于邓小平经济思想研究,论述邓小平九十年代经济发展战略思想与八十年代不同之处。认为在改革与发展的关系上,目前不是经济“过热”问题,而是改革的滞后正制约着经济的发展与正常运行,因此,九十年代要实现由劳动密集型发展战略向资金技术密集型转移,加快我国整体经济发展步伐,增强我国与周边国家竞争的实力。
This paper attempts to apply the theories and methods of western development economics to Deng Xiaoping’s economic thoughts and discusses the difference between Deng Xiaoping’s economic development strategies in the nineties and the eighties. He believes that the current issue of reform and development is not an overheated economy. Rather, reform lags behind the development and normal operation of the economy. Therefore, in the 1990s, it is necessary to achieve a transition from a labor-intensive development strategy to a capital-technology-intensive Transfer, accelerate the pace of overall economic development in our country and enhance the strength of our country’s competition with neighboring countries.
