采用富氧顶吹熔融还原技术冶炼高磷铁矿,研究了熔渣碱度、碳氧比、熔炼温度、通氧(纯度99%)时间及流量对铁浴中磷的影响.结果表明,随温度升高,铁水中磷含量降低,温度过高出现回磷现象;在一定范围内提高碱度、通氧时间和流量,脱磷率提升显著;随碳氧比增大,脱磷率降低;温度1550℃、碳氧摩尔比1.0、碱度1.1、通氧时间10min、氧气流量250L/h条件下,可冶炼出磷含量0.068%的铁水,脱磷率高达92%,所得生铁可用于后期炼钢.
The effect of slag basicity, C / O ratio, smelting temperature, aeration time (99% purity) and flow rate on phosphorus in iron bath was studied.The results showed that with the increase of phosphorus content, When the temperature was raised, the content of phosphorus in the molten iron decreased, and the temperature was too high, the phenomenon of phosphorus was returned. In a certain range, the dephosphorization rate increased remarkably when the alkalinity, aeration time and flow rate were increased. Temperature 1550 ℃, molar ratio of carbon to oxygen 1.0, alkalinity 1.1, oxygen time 10min, oxygen flow rate 250L / h, the molten iron with 0.068% phosphorus content can be smelted and the dephosphorization rate can reach 92%. The obtained pig iron can be used in post- steel.
