以吉首大学竞走运动员为研究对象,根据竞走项目代谢特点和训练特点,确定了运动员训练期的营养策略、制定出食谱方案,提出训练后1-2小时以内及时补充糖是营养策略的关键,入足量的VB1,VB2,Vpp,铁元素,达到平衡膳食,是尽快消除疲劳,提高运动训练质量的保证。
Taking Jishou University walking racers as the research object, according to the metabolic characteristics and training characteristics of the race walking events, the nutritional strategies of the athletes during the training period were determined and the recipes were formulated. It was suggested that timely replenishment of sugar within 1 to 2 hours after training was the key to nutrition strategy. Adequate VB1, VB2, Vpp, iron, to achieve a balanced diet, fatigue as soon as possible to improve the quality of exercise training guarantee.
