目的分析子宫镜环形电切除术在宫颈病变治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月-2015年6月我院收治的56例宫颈病变患者。所有患者明确诊断后均行环形电切除术治疗。分析本组治疗效果。结果本组患者术后3个月55例患者痊愈,阴道镜与细胞学检测均正常。治愈率为98.21%。结论应用宫颈环形电切除术治疗宫颈病变效果显著,对患者造成创伤小,并发症少,利于患者康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic ring resection in the treatment of cervical lesions. Methods 56 cases of cervical lesions in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected. All patients underwent clear circumcision after a definite diagnosis. Analysis of the treatment effect of this group. Results 55 patients in this group recovered after 3 months, colposcopy and cytology were normal. The cure rate was 98.21%. Conclusions Cervical ring resection of the cervix for the treatment of cervical lesions significantly, causing trauma to patients with fewer complications, help patients rehabilitation.
