During the period from 1976 to 1983, a total of 53 M5 ~ M5 earthquakes were recorded in Greenland and all the seismic parameters were determined. Pn, Pg, P11 (PMP) in this area were obtained when the seismic phases of 29 earthquakes were analyzed. , Sn and Lg seismic facies travel time curve and its apparent velocity value, the result is consistent with the Canadian travel time curve. It is found that on some seismograms, an additional phase-i is recorded between the direct waves P and S, and the existence of phase i is related to epicenter distance and source depth. The first physical explanation is that the i-phase can be interpreted as a (Ps) or (Sp) converted wave. The converted wave occurs at the bottom of the slow loose sediment beneath the station.
