在超声波直接接触法A扫描检测中,相关显示对应的反射体在待检件的位置是影响无损评价的重要因素。本文在几点假设的基础上对声速不同造成的定位误差进行了分析和计算,并且得出修正公式。经过试验验证,修正后的误差被缩小到了可以接受的范围。
In the ultrasonic direct contact A-scan test, the relative reflectance of the reflectors at the object to be inspected is an important factor affecting the non-destructive evaluation. Based on a few assumptions, this paper analyzes and calculates the positioning errors caused by different sound velocities, and obtains the correction formula. After test verification, the corrected error is reduced to an acceptable range.
